Journal Entry One

The alley was dark and damp. Tifa struggled along the dark road as the crimson blood dripped off of her arm. She didn't know how the bullet got lodged in her arm or why she was all alone in the dark alley. She only knew she had to keep going. She struggled along for what seemed like hours. Then all of the sudden there was a bright light. Tifa grew up as an ordinary girl in Japan. She never thought she would have the future she has now. The year was 2076. The streets of Hiroshima, Japan were full of crime. At this time one of the emperors samurai was rushing down the hall of the great palace. There were faint crying coming from the house across the way. The samurai jumped across the little stream that ran in front of the road. Suddenly the crying stopped. It was filled with a different kind of crying, the crying of a new born baby. The samurai burst through the door way and saw his beloved bride lying on the ground surrounded by servants. One of the servants approached him. The servant said "My lord Kioshi, your wife has given birth to a baby girl".

The Beatles

The Beatles were a pop and rock band from Liverpool, England. The band formed in 1960 and the original members were: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. The band is most famous for its 1950's style of music. They wore classic 1960's and 1950's clothes and set many fashion trends were ever they went. The band has sold over a billion records in England alone. There most popular songs are: Yesterday, Hey Jude, Day Tripper, and I Want to Hold Your Hand. The Beatle broke up in 1970. In 1980, John Lennon was shot and killed by Mark Chapman. The three remaining band members re-formed the band in 1994. Two of the Beatles are still alive and recording today. 

2008 Presidential Election

I, well my parents, are voting for senator John McCain. Im not old enough to vote, but I voted in my heart. McCain, I believe is the better choice for America because of what he believes. His Vice - President is Governor Sarah Palin. She is one of the reasons, among many, that I voted for McCain. One reason Im voting for McCain is because were he stands on the war in Iraq. He says we should continue to fight, I think we should continue to fight. I won't go into to much detail because there are other issues. Another reason is because he thinks that we should abolish abortion. I highly agree with this, abortion is wrong, its the equal to killing a human being. Also he thinks same- sex marriage is wrong, I highly agree. Marriage was first defined as one man and one woman. It how God defines it, its how our founding fathers first defined it, it how america should define it. I hope and pray that John McCain and Sarah Palin become the next President and Vice - President. I honestly believe that if anyone can turn this country around for the better, its John McCain and Sarah Palin.

Where I Live

I live in California, I love it here and would live no other place in the U.S.!! where I live it snows in the winter and is extremely hot in the summer. I like it because we have the snow for snowboarding, the beaches for surfing, and the valleys for just having fun! It's like all of the things you want is in California. If I were to move out of the country though, I would probably move to England or Ireland. First of all I made my avatar at Wee World, I have bunnies slippers cause I like bunnies, I have naruto pants on cause I love to watch the show, and I have on a grey cammo jacket...cause I like....the army?? and I have snowboarding goggles cause snowboarding is my passion    :)

Twilight Review

I liked this book a lot, I love the writing style of Stephanie Meyer the author. I also enjoyed the story line as well as reading in a first person point of view, or present tense. What also struck me as awesome was the character development through out the story, for example the main character bella, goes through a depression like state and changes through out the story. Its also a great love story, I was a little skeptical on how its a vampire love story, but I love how she incorporated action with the romance of the story. I also like how she described the vampires, how she made them her own vampires with their own unique abilities and history. There area allot of the same vampire stories out there, but this one is defiantly the best. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The only disappointment I had with the book was the ending chapters. The chapters with James and the whole fight between Edward and James. I thought that these chapters were a little rushed, I think she should have made at least 3 to 4 more chapters dealing with James. I also did care for the way Bella was slightly depressed for a good chunk of the story. Other than these minor flaws, I loved the story immensely. 

If I wrote the story I would definitely make Bella a little less depressed. I would also make the whole fight with James and Edward longer. There is not that much you can change in this book because it so well written in my opinion. Over all I loved the book and Im planning on getting the rest of the books in the series.
